We run this site to connect owners of established companies with a brokerage partner. When you submit the form, we pass your answers to that partner.
How we are paid
If the partner works with you, it may pay us a referral fee. You do not pay us anything, and the fee does not change the price of your company or the commission you agree with a broker.

We are not a business broker, law firm, lender or accounting firm. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice. Talk to your CPA and attorney before making decisions about a sale.
Your choice
You can talk to the partner and decide to do nothing. You can also interview other brokers. Read how we use your data for the details we share.
